AG Midgley Ltd is a specialist consultancy established in London since 2013, providing independent and confidential advice on programme matters, to clients in the Engineering and Construction industries.

We work with our clients before, during & after operational delivery. We focus on providing robust, high quality programme support and streamlining delivery. We also provide support for dispute avoidance and resolution on delay matters through early negotiation, mediation, adjudication and if necessary litigation.

Alan has 22 years’ experience construction and engineering in which he has worked in Singapore and London as a site engineer, temporary works designer/coordinator, QA manager, auditor, structural engineer, planner, programme manager, delay analyst and expert advisor.  He has worked for contractors, project managers and within client organisations, at both an operational level as well as at a strategic level.

Alan works with the CIOB on their guides to project and programme management, with the United States Government Accountability Office (the US-GAO) on their Cost and Schedule Assessment guide for Government procurement and is a member of the Society for Construction Law.

He is also security cleared to SC level until 2021.
